Carroll County Sheriff Terry Langley speaks Saturday at the Veterans Day ceremony at the Carroll County Veterans Memorial Park. Seventeen veterans who serve with the Carroll County Sheriff Department were honored at the event. Langley said that veterans have the commitment to service that is needed for law enforcement.
